Document 9XXXXXXXX XXXX 2012 already contains cleared items - reversal not possible
use FBRA - Reset Cleared Items first.
then use MR8M cancel IR
如果已经付款了，还需要回冲payment的号码后才能回冲IR。
回冲完成后会在BSIK里面有2笔记录。如果要完全对冲木有显示在BSIK里面的话，使用F-04对冲
