Problem: FBEP to print out bank statement.

Debug the program FBEP(RFEBKA30), the system will check the FEBKO-ASTAT<> '8' , wihch means will only deal with the bank statement which is not posted completely. (see codings below).

Also the program will check FEBKO-EFART(input type) should be 'E'. Otherwise, no data will be processed.

when it's '8'. - Posting complete
when it's '9'. - Deletion ID set
