一直用win7的英文版系统，最近遇到一个问题，由于电脑需要长时间开机，但是出现了自动更新的对话框，最多可以选择4个小时不重启，随意点选了之后，结果一觉醒来发现机器重启过了，事务自然就中断，不得已只有吸取教训，赶紧把这个东西给禁用掉，google之后查到方法如下：

Windows徽标键+R 输入 regedit.msc
找到Computer Configuration=>

                  Administrative Templates=>

                          Windows Components=>

                                  Windows Update=>

                                          No auto-restart with logged on users for scheduled automatic updates installations
选择Enabled 就可以了。
