选中某个单元格，点击“格式刷”，选中某列，整列格式化完毕！

Select the first cell and click or double-click the Format Painter button.

Put the mouse away and type F5. When the GoTo dialog opens, type B2:C600 into the Reference: text box and hit Enter.

The formatting from the original cell will be transferred to the B2:C600 range of cells.

Double clicking on format painter will leave it active.

Press F5, specify the range as A2:A10000

Here is the tip: double-click the Format Painter to apply it in multiple places.

Select cell A1

Double-click the Format Painter

Select cell A2

Press Ctrl+Shift+Down Arrow to spread the format across the range at once

Press escape to turn off the Format Painter
