有时候某个图层的数据显示不了，那么就可能是该图层有问题，如：

加图层时弹出对话框提示以下错误

      "Warning, inconsistent extent！

One or more of the added layers has an extent that is not consistent with the associated spatial reference information.

Reprojectingthe data in such a layer may lead to unexpected behavior. UseArcCatalog to confirm the spatial reference is correct and adjust ifnecessary"

原因上面已经说了?

      解决方法看下面 很简单其实··· 囧

      首先这些操作都要在catalog里进行 在arcmap下有时候对projection操作没效果 不知道是我个案还是怎么回事

在catalog里选中要操作的文件右键-properties-spatial reference 边上的edit---clear先前的投影信息--ok

在toolbox的Data Management Tools里projections and transformations的DefineProjection 重新赋给文件一个投影就OK了··· 不过选择投影时的注意选好了 不然又会出现上面的错误。比如文件信息里是有带号的 你选了个不带带号的（这也是inconsistent extent的大多数根本原因）
