Error:  ORA 327  
Text:   log  of thread , physical size  less than needed  
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cause:  A redo log file has shrunk in size.
        This is usually caused by a computer operator's mistake or an 
        operating system error.
Action: Restore the redo log file from backup.
        If the database was shut down cleanly, no further action should be 
        required.
        Otherwise, manual recovery may be necessary.
