fact: WIPDJMDF - Define Discrete Job
fix:
You can not unclose a job that is not in a status of closed.
You can not unclose a job that was closed in a closed period.
You can not unclose a job that is attached to a sales order.
If the job does not meet any of the above criteria, then it can be unclosed.
There is no repercussion for unclosing a WIP job except the variance for the
job is not removed or updated until the job is closed again. This means if the
job is unclosed, and the period closes, the variance will be posted to the job
even though it is not closed.
