• SNP总是使用fixed duration

• 然后这里因为有lot-size，最小是100，而recipe中是5 hour/1cs。所以， 100*5/1 = 500 . 500/24=20.8333 故是21天。。。

 

如果将F/C改为08/24

 

则run Heu.
