Apply one-off patch for unpublished Bug 12540788: TEMP TABLE ORA-00600: INTERNAL ERROR CODE, ARGUMENTS: [KTSFBFMT:OBJDCHK_KCBNEW_3 if available for your platform.
This bug is fixed in 11.2.0.3.
