UAC can be disabled from GP in "computer configuration"
Go to the policy you need to config and edit it:
computer configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options.
Change the following three policies:
User Account Control: Behavior of the elevation prompt for standard users - Automatically deny elevation requests/No Prompt
User Account Control: Detect application installations and prompt for elevation - Disabled
User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode - Disabled
