环境描述：

linux：rhel 6.1 suse11sp3 x86 64

数据库：11.2.0.4 rac/grid

问题描述：

运行root.sh 

/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/bin/clscfg.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libcap.so.1:cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

解决思路

确定libcap包已安装

创建连接

在/lib64

ln -s libcap.so.2.16 libcap.so.1

解决这个问题
