1- Please control the SM50 Tcode for the BGD WP's status and logs
2- Are these jobs waiting for a triggering?could you check the "start condition" for these jobs? (Check SAP Note 386646 - Event-controlled jobs start with a delay)
3- SM37 --> Select the delayed job --> JOB --> CHECK STATUS for actual status
4- You can also look at this note --> Note 165084 - Why does my job not start?
5- You can try the last thing , delete one of the delayed job which has release status and select scheduled status for this job and --> JOB --> REPEAT SCHEDULING --> START IMMEDIATE (Uncheck "periodic Job" section) and test it...
