苦苦找不到原因。
通过show full processlist查看进程时，发现有一个备份的进程在执行。
找到备份的脚本，加上crontab里的定时任务，发现原来是这个备份引起的。
备份的时候，使用了dump-slave选项，造成了这个问题
This option causes mysqldump to stop the slave SQL thread before the dump and restart it again
after.
