重新安装：
在重装oms的过程中，配置过程中报错，看日志：/u01/app/oracle/OracleHomes/oms10g/sysman/log/emca_repos_create14_05_39.log
发现 Repository Creation failed. Failed to create repository schema.
点配置界面的重试就又可以了，不知道原因。
但是安装agent有报错，安装后agent可以启动，但是做upload失败报错：EMD upload error: uploadXMLFiles skipped :: OMS version not checked yet.
根据网络查到的资料做了如下处理：
1、agent:./emctl stop agent
2、oms:./emctl secure oms
3、oms:./opmnctl startall
4、oms:./opmnctl status
5、oms:./opmnctl startproc ias-component='dfdfdfd'
6、agent:./emctl upload agent
