Qestion1:In Interface Managers form(Navi:Inventory > Setup > Transactions > Interface Managers), Default interval of concurrent program \'Material transaction\' is 5 mins, how can I modify this interval time?

Anser1:You can schedule the program related to the manager on an interval based on the business requirement,Click on Tools -> Launch manager and schedule the program accordingly.

Question2: Tools > Launch Manager,It will Run request "Process transaction interface", And I can schedule a period(here I set run request every 3 mins).After Submit, I re-query Interface Manager form, I see interval is still 5 mins, it was not modified to 3mins. do you know why?

Answer2:Check Metalink note - 1426844.1 ,Interface Managers - Material Transaction - Process Interval - Field Not Updatable.

Symptoms
The value (5) in process interval does not update/change even if you schedule (periodically) material transaction manager to another value or inactivate the manager(cancel request).

Solution

This Process Interval field can be ignored for Material Transaction manager. (This field can not be removed as it is modifiable for Cost Manager.)
