[20200115]监听中没有xdb服务.txt

--//链接http://www.itpub.net/thread-2123866-1-1.html的问题，查看监听状态发现没有XDB的服务。
--//问题的原因是对方没有配置shared_servers＝0.通过测试说明：

1.环境：
SYS@book> @ ver1

2.测试：
