Artifical Sand generating flow

The least expensive and also the simplest way of getting substitute for all-natural sand is by crushing natural stone to get artificial sand of desired size and grade which could be totally free from all impurities.
The advantage of using superior river sand is the fact that it mixes quickly with cement and bonds well, generating the plastering operate much less cumbersome for the masons and giving a great finish to the buildings. But however, the continuous mining of sand causes environmental troubles.
In such a scenario, artificial sand is seen as a welcome alternative to natural sand. The materials crushed might be transferred to the screen. The materials with suitable size will probably be transferred to vsi crusher, just after getting washed , then clean final products might be discharged. The other people with unsuitable size might be screened, then will probably be transferred for the vsi crusher, this forms a closed circuit manifold cycles.
