t_1是分区表，根据
select blocks  from dba_segments where segment_name='t_1';
select count(1)  from t_1;
t_1 肯定有数据，导出非分区表没有报错，exp版本和数据库版本只有微小差别，

即将导出指定的表通过常规路径.... . 正在导出表                            t_1 EXP-00003: 未找到段 (0,0) 的存储定义导出成功终止, 但出现警告。

原因是 max分区没有任何记录，没有分配段造成的，随便加一条记录在max分区就可以了
看来分区表的任何分区段都要分配才行，不是表中有数据就一定可，说到底是延时分区的原因,所以为了以后避免这个问题的出现,可修改参数

alter system set deferred_segment_creation=false;

该bug在11.2.0.4已修补
