说明一下,两种方法对于国标区位码16-55区(以音序排列,上半区)适用.而对于56-87区(以部首排列,下半区)的汉字,则不适用.
这也正是方法中出现了若干or条件,将不满足区位码上半区音序排列的分界字符原则的汉字予以单独罗列的原因.其实如果知道了区位码的编码原则,这种or是罗列不尽的.
理想的获取方法,还是需要使用数据库的排序规则(MS SQL Server)或者字符集排序特性(Oracle).
