详细信息
问题1： 升级到或者从 11.2.0.1 升级 GI 产生 ORA-15154 或 CRS-2674。
现象：
ORA-15154: cluster rolling upgrade incomplete
或者
CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.diskgroup1.dg' on 'racnode1' failed
或者
ASM 由于 ORA-00600 [kjbmmchkinteg:from] 失败
或者
CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.diskgroup1.dg' on 'racnode1' failed
或者
ASM 由于 ORA-00600 [kjbmmchkinteg:from] 失败
可能的原因：
解决方案：
对于 Bug: 9413827 和 Bug: 9706490， 请参阅 Document 1274629.1。
对于 Bug: 9329767，在运行 rootupgrade.sh 之前对 11.2.0.1 GI 应用 Patch: 12652740。

问题2： CRS-2674 – 升级到 11.2.0.2 时，cssd 启动失败
现象：
在第二个或后续节点, 由于 cssd 启动失败导致 rootupgrade.sh 运行失败

可能的原因：
多播在私网的 230.0.1.0 网段是无效的
解决方案：
请参阅 Document 1212703.1。
问题3： CRS-2674 - ora.cluster_interconnect.haip 启动失败
现象：
CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.cluster_interconnect.haip' on 'racnode1' failed
可能的原因：
有很多原因会阻止 HAIP 启动，大部分是 bug。
解决方案：
请参阅 Document 1210883.1 "Known Issues" 部分来查找解决方案的详细信息。
问题4：PRCR-1013 或 PRCR-1079 - nodeapps 或 VIP 启动失败
现象：
srvctl start nodeapps -n racnode1 ... failed
PRCR-1013: Failed to start resource ora.net1.network
PRCR-1064: Failed to start resource ora.net1.network on node racnode1
CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.net1.network' on 'racnode1' failed
PRCR-1079: Failed to start resource ora.racnode1.vip
CRS-2632: There are no more servers to try to place resource 'ora.racnode1.vip' on that would satisfy its placement policy
PRCR-1013: Failed to start resource ora.ons
PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.ons on node racnode1
PRCR-1013: Failed to start resource ora.net1.network
PRCR-1064: Failed to start resource ora.net1.network on node racnode1
CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.net1.network' on 'racnode1' failed
PRCR-1079: Failed to start resource ora.racnode1.vip
CRS-2632: There are no more servers to try to place resource 'ora.racnode1.vip' on that would satisfy its placement policy
