IBM STG Lab services Oracle DBA:

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Install and configure database management system software.
- Monitor and tune the database for improved performance.
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies.
- Implement capacity planning for databases.
- Create migration strategies for data.
- Implement strategies to maintain efficient programs, and develop strategies to test and enhance system performance.

Required Skills:
- Oracle RAC and Dataguard
- Database - Oracle
- Operating Systems - Unix and Linux (AIX,Linux)
- Programming Languages - SQL, C, C++, Java
- More than 3 years working experience in database management
- Fluent verbal and written English
