无任何改动，调procedure 报  ora-04068,ora-04065,ora-06508


Oracle 10.2.0.4      RAC     3nodes
Linux AS 5.3     64Bit


中午时间没有任何objecct被改动的情况下，  一个存储过程忽然报错， 程序不能正常运行 。
大家都在吃饭， 没有人做任何的Object 改动 ，且开发人员也没有权限改动 。
