在配置RAC的时候，特别是虚拟机上，如果不做任何的措施，时间同步几乎是不可能的，必须通过ntpdate 或 rdate 来对两台或多台节点Server进行时间同步。rdate 更加方便一些。

同步时间：

1） 在rac01上启动time-stream 服务，并设置为自动开启 

[root@rac01 ~]# chkconfig   time-stream on

注意： 

在redhat 4中命令是:   #chkconfig time on 

2）在rac02 上添加任务，每一分钟和rac1进行一次时间同步。

[root@rac02 ~]# crontab  -l

*/1 * * * *    rdate    -s    10.161.23.245

10.161.23.245 是节点1的IP地址。
