The virtual hostname(s), racvip02, you have specified appears to be already assigned to another system on the network

Apparently you have the VIP up and running. If you already have an existing CRS and intend to perform. a fresh
install...you may have to clean up the CRS install then install fresh. If not, try to bring down the VIP (using
ifconfig down eth0 ???? as root) and then attempt to install CRS. The VIP has to be inactive before you continue with
your CRS install.
What happens if you ping to rac1-vip and rac2-vip?
Do you see anything with ethx:0 if you do an ifconfig -a?
[root@rac1 ~]# ifconfig -a
[root@rac2 ~]# ifconfig -a
when u r start CRS installtion -- first check
ifconfig -a
ping public ip/private when you are going to start installation CRS (that should be pingable each node).
if VIP is pingale before installation CRS. that it the problem VIP is asainged.
or VIP should be assign on before installation of CRS. Because it will automatic configure when you have ran VIPCA.
