安装 Grid 之前的验证， 发现这个错误，  如果暂时不使用scan ip ,  是否可以忽略 。 比较少搜索到这个错误的
一些报告 ， 从报错信息大概是DNS没有配置OK ,  系统从一开始安装， 我们就没有准备使用DNS,  所以没有配置。
