- Go to ‘Functional Administrator‘ responsibility. (If you have ‘System Administrator’

responsibility or you are a SYSADMIN user then you can assign ‘Functional Administrator’

responsibility to your account.)
 
- Click on ‘Core Services’ tab then the ‘Caching Framework’ sub-tab.
 
- Click on ‘Global Configuration’ link then click on “Clear All Cache” button to clear all

middle-tier / JVM cache.
