Production Activity Maintenance

Use Production Activity Maintenance  to establish target (transactional) metrics by period using the effective plan defined in Production Activity Maintenance for resource and day. 

 

The purpose for the production activity functionality in the application is to optimize time, resources, and materials this is including data entry responsibilities. The actual numbers of production activity can be updated manually for purposes of corrections but the intent of this program is for actual values to be updated automatically by the application. 

 

From the Actions menu, three refreshing options are available: 

Refresh - Use this option to delete actual values displaying and recalculate the information by pulling the latest metrics entered from the labor records. 

Reset Period Data - Use this option to clear the actual values in Production Activity Maintenance as well as to clear the corresponding production activity fields from the labor detail. 

Reset and Reload Period Data - Use this option to clear actual values in Production Activity Maintenance and the corresponding production activity fields in the labor detail. Once the reset is complete, the application recalculates the values and populates the new production activity values to both Production Activity Maintenance and labor detail.
