DESCRIPTION:
Oracle is checking that a given character column is valid. This error is
reported when one of the checks (as indicated by ARG [a]) fails.
ARGUMENTS:
Arg [a] Column characteristic checked: 1=character set form
2=character set id
3=column data type
Arg [b] Value of character set form
Arg [c] Value of character set id
Arg [d] Value of column data type
Arg [e] Maximum sql column size (in bytes)
Arg [f] Maximum sql column size (in characters)
