【Planning】R3 Ref. and Pooled Capacity

Purpose:

在项目上遇到一个resource上的capacity无法修改，最后弄明白是Pooled capacity。在R3里capacity可以直接使用CA11或者在workcenter/resource中进行定义；

Pooled capacity主要应用于像同样的人员/机器适用在不同的work center/resource里；它一般是有constraint的；

reference capacity:主要应用于比如不同的work center/resource中的人员、机器等具有相似的capacity，例如start/end时间、utilization、capacity (如Hour)等。
