(1) Create service master in ERP using tcode AC01:

Once saved, the service master header data will be saved to table below:

(2) Create a download request in CRM via tcode R3AR2 with below settings:

Perform request download, and downloaded data could be monitored in tcode SMW01:

Then you can view the downloaded service in WebUI:
